Topic: Westpac Australia

I have a response from Westpac Au to connect to OFX server.  I am not expecting much but it seems I have even less.  I can download OFX files from Westpac and import perfectly into GNU cash but I would like a more integrated solution if possible.  The response I got appears to have missed the point totally with ofxhome.  Can you help phrase a response to this email:

From investigation of the link you have provided, for a connection to be established with Westpac, the request must be processed via ofxhome.com directly.

Generally when linking 3rd party software with your Westpac accounts, a signed authorisation form needs to be lodged by the account holder, with the 3rd party company, who will then send an official request to Westpac.
