Topic: Capital One Bank - Unable to download savings account transactions.

I'm attempting to get Capital One Bank to download my savings account transaction info.  Here are the parameters I'm using that don't work:
    SiteName   : CAPITAL ONE BANK
    AcctType   : BASTMT     #bank accounts
    fiorg      : Hibernia
    fid        : 1001
    url        : https://onlinebanking.capitalone.com/ofx/process.ofx
    bankid     : 051405515

The bankid is the ABA routing number for my specific account and was given to me by the bank's tech support people.

I've triple checked that my account number is correct and I have no trouble downloading transaction data when initiated from MS Money with this account number and login ID and password.  Anyone have any ideas or been successful with downloading their transaction data?  Any help is appreciated.
