Topic: Good Request but no data returned from Sharebuilder

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has ever had this issue? I've got an open trading account and a Roth IRA account with Sharebuilder (long time), and when I try to connect I get a 200 response code with an info message "the operation succeeded," however I don't get any of my account information returned. All of the positions, open orders, transactions, securities, etc., are blank. I'm not trying to place orders or trades or anything, just want to be able to see what's in the account.

Thanks if anyone else has had any experience with this particular problem.

Cheers,
Deuce

Re: Good Request but no data returned from Sharebuilder

Hey everyone - just a good review of the basics here - it helps if you've reviewed all of the FI Profile data and seen that they require an Access Key vice your normal password, which can be activated by logging into your account and choosing to grant access by OFX apps, then using the Access Key in place of the password.

I realize that likely 95% of the people on the forum already knew this, but in case it comes up again...

Cheers,
Deuce

TIP! By creating and defining the parameters of a search engine you can tailor the search engine to function best to meet your needs. The key is to be precise about the terms used in order to get the best possible position5linx vs canin terms of rankings. Find out what the company’s experience is in your field, their SEO techniques, how long it will take before you see results and of course how much they charge. Ask for references and examples of their work. Any company would be happy to comply with your request.
