Question about username and password

Hi there, I'm trying to check my VISA balance with OFX, and found the "VISA information source" institution: http://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/institution/view/626

Using the ofxget.jnlp it asks for my username and password, I'm wondering what these are for my credit card? (Since usually I just enter the card number, name, and security pin) Thanks!
