Golden1 Credit Union OFX download failing -- again

The OFX download for Golden is failing after having worked successfully for number of years. This happened several years ago as well. I ended up making a minor change after finding a fix online (I believe from Moneydance). I’m not  finding any fixes online this time so I’m hoping someone on this forum may have a fix.

This is the error I’m getting. "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.”
