Topic: Unable to load transactions from Fidelity Investments?

I just started using GnuCash and aqbanking. I've installed version 5.3 on Windows. I'm now trying to set up online banking with Fidelity Investments. I'm able to set up my user, download accounts, and successfully map them to accounts in GnuCash. I'm unable to download transactions. I get the following:

AqBanking v6.5.4.0stable
Sending jobs to the bank(s)

Sorting account queues by provider

Send commands to provider "aqofxconnect"
Locking customer "1"

I searched the forum and saw others with the same problem, but no suggested workarounds. Where can I go from here?

Re: Unable to load transactions from Fidelity Investments?

I use KMyMoney, any my OFX direct connect to Fidelity is working fine.  I'm using url=""   Can you run wireshark or similar to see what is actually getting sent and returned?  That 400 error sounds like it might be a malformed HTTP request, as I think that error is coming from their web server, not from the OFX software.

Re: Unable to load transactions from Fidelity Investments?

Have you considered running Wireshark or a similar tool to analyze the HTTP request and response to identify any potential issues causing the 400 (Bad Request) error in your OFX direct connection to Fidelity through AqBanking?
