Hello.  Can anyone tell me if the specification is available in book form?  On that topic, any books about the specification that are recommended?

Hi Enoch,

Not that I am aware of.  There is precious little information about OFX available to the unwashed masses like you and me.  My best suggestion is to study existing OFX code and go from there.
