Edward Jones stopped working

Anyone else experienced this with Edward Jones? Now requests to their OFX service return "Request Rejected. The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." in html.  Happens even with a standard, anonymous profile request.

Anyone know what changed and what can be done to get around it?
